The perfect Rose with complexity brought from a blend of Pinot Noir, Glera and Sauvignon. It is a red fruit dominant wine showing tart and ripe strawberry, raspberry and red cherry. There is an underlying red rose petal florality with an underlying salty, crushed rock minerality.
The length is long but finishes fresh with the nicely integrated bubbles and bright acidity. |
