Crémant de Bourgogne Blanc de Noirs
It was at the beginning of the 19th century that Mr Honorè Gavignet, a winegrower at Domaine de la Romanée Conti created his own domaine in Nuits-Saint-Georges in the heart of Brugundy . Honoré, a man of the earth was to transmit his passion to his son Maurice Gavignet. Father and son developped the business on the family property, the current Domaine headquarters. Since that day, the love of a well accomplished work has allowed 4 generations to succeed one another from father to son, down to Arnaud Gavignet, the founder's great-grandson.
This Crémant de Bourgogne is made in the Traditional Method and shows a golden yellow color with a hint of pink. The very fresh aromas of ripe raspberry and peach combine nicely with a touch of brioche.
