Bertolani Lambrusco Rosso All'Antica
The Bertolani winery is a family business that has been producing quality wines since 1925 using grapes from the Scandiano area. Spergola, Lambruschi, Malvasia, Cabernet grapes are made in still, sparkling and classic method sparkling wine types.
As the name suggests, ancient traditions and the most modern vinification techniques craft the unique expression of this Lambrusco. Selected from the best ruby coloured Lambrusco grapes with a particularly slow and attentive vinification that yields bright fruit, floral nuances and earthy undertones with a dry, pleasantly bitter finish.
