Climate: Cool, sunny days and cold mountain nights.
Soil: Poor sandy soilds with round, calcareous rocks.

Manually harvested, yield approx 3.5 Tons/acre. 3 days of cold maceration in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation is carried out by indigenous yeasts for approximately 7 days.
30% of the wine is aged in used French oak for 6 months.

Fresh dark black berries and a hint of iodine, soy and sesame seed. Medium bodied with soft round tannins and an elegant smooth finish. |
