Highly complex aromas in this blend of Viognier, Vermentino and Chardonnay. The fruit is tart and ripe peach, nectarine and tangerine with underlying floral notes of elderflower, honeysuckle and rosewater. There is a wet stone minerality with notes of dried Manuka honey and bitter almond. The wine is dry, medium-bodied with long length, slight bitterness and refreshing acidity. |
